Is there anything to install?

No. The event's QR code opens in a phone browser, and the machine at the booth does the processing. The phone is only the camera.

Where do the photographs actually go?

Nowhere. Capture, detection and the swap all happen on the local machine, and the finished portrait is written into the event's own folder. Nothing is transmitted off-site, so nothing can leak.

What is needed on the day?

A laptop or a tablet, and a network. A booth screen, a printer and a standee carrying the QR code turn it into a full activation — but the software needs only the one machine.

How long does one portrait take?

Ten to thirty seconds, with the first of the day taking longest. Choosing another template skips the capture step entirely, so extra looks come back faster.

Can custom artwork be used?

That's the whole point. Templates are uploaded per event, or tagged in the shared library by event type and gender, then reused for any future event.

What about two people in one photograph?

Supported. Choose a two-face template and both faces are matched by gender and filled in a single pass, without a second round.

Is on-site printing supported?

Yes — 4×6, A6 or A4, with an optional caption carrying the event name and branding underneath the picture.

Who can access the admin side?

Admin accounts only. A kiosk account sees the events list and the avatar flow, with no route into events, templates or accounts.
